Check in time is after 3.00pm on the date of arrival. Check out is by 12 Noon on the date of departure. Baggage may be left subject to availability.

ARC Properties will usually take a deposit upon booking. You will forfeit the deposit if cancelled within 28 days of the arrival date. Any special offers or discounted rates will require a 100% payment in advance which is non-refundable if cancelled.
